2-Day Virtual Conferences
Q: How do I register for the 2-Day Bundle
A: You can find the 2-Day for any 2-Day Virtual Event under the “Bundles & Subscriptions & Donations” tab in the Catalog.
Q: How do I transfer my registration for the Accounting Show?
A: Transferring courses requires OSCPA staff support. Feel free to contact us at [email protected]. Let us know which course you want to transfer from and to.
Q: Where can I review the sessions for the virtual conference?
A: Sessions for conferences are usually available 30 days before the conference.

CPE Requirements
Q: What is the breakdown of required CPE hours in various subjects?
A: 1.) Licensees who prepare financial statements, work with financial reporting clients and/or sign financial reports must complete at least 24 CPE credits in accounting and/or auditing per reporting period; and at least 24 CPE credits in taxation are required of licensees who prepare taxes, work on tax engagements, and/or sign tax returns.
2.) Three credits in Board approved professional standards and responsibilities (PSR) are required of all licensees renewing a permit. The PSR requirement may be fulfilled by taking courses in the following subject areas: (a) accountancy laws and rules, (b) professional accounting ethics and (c) ethical philosophy.
3.) Finally, all permit holders must complete a minimum of 20 CPE credits per calendar year to comply with Board rule 4701-15-02(A).

1. Q: What is the application procedure?
A: The application process is online, and details may be obtained from CPA Examination Services (CPAES).
2. Q: When should I expect the review of my application to be complete?
A: The status of your application can be reviewed via the CPA Portal.
3. Q: What happens after I receive the notice to schedule (NTS)?
A: You may contact Prometric directly to schedule the CPA exam.

Q: I stopped receiving the paper copy of the magazine. Can you send me a new one?
A: The CPA Voice Magazine is now digital. You can find the available copies of the magazine on The Ohio Society of CPAs webpage: https://ohiocpa.com/news-resources/cpa-voice.
Q: How do I find the CPA Voice Self-Assessment Exam?
A: The Self-Assessment Exam is available in the catalog under the “On-Demand” tab. Search “CPA Voice” in the search bar to populate the available exams.
Q: How do I take the exam?
A: After enrolling in the exam, you find the exam available in your learning center.
